MACHINE QUALIFICATION

Separating spindle motion error and target form error in high-accuracy spindle measurement

Multi-probe error separation can be used to distinguish spindle error motion from target geometrical error in ultra-precision spindle measurements. IBS developed the Multi-Probe Analyzer (MPA) extension-kit for the Spindle Error Analyzer to help achieve even more precise spindle characterisation.
