Our Code of Conduct reflects our commitment to responsible business practices. It outlines the ethical principles and values that guide how we operate, both internally and in collaboration with partners around the world.
As a company we have signed up to the ZVEI-VDMA Code of Conduct. This is a voluntary set of principles and standards for responsible business conduct in the electrical and digital industry, as well as mechanical and plant engineering. It is a self-commitment guiding our actions and interactions with employees, partners and other stakeholders.
