Our policies and initiatives reflect our dedication to responsible business and continuous improvement, aiming for lasting impact on the environment, society, and the economy.
Our sustainability strategy
At IBS Precision Engineering, sustainability is a responsibility we take seriously. While not directly subject to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), we operate within the value chains of multinational clients who are. We hold ourselves to the highest standards and have integrated sustainability into our operations for many years. We have built our sustainability strategy on the VSME (Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for SMEs).
Achievements and goals
Integrating sustainability across our operations has been guided by principles of economic resilience, social equity and environmental care. Our goals include cutting emissions, minimizing pollution, protecting natural resources and advancing a circular economy. We also promote fair labour conditions, community engagement and product safety, working closely with a global network of specialized suppliers.

Goal
To minimise our climate impact by reducing our CO₂ emissions by 50% to a maximum of 48.55 tCO₂ by 2030 and by continuing our Green Facilities Program.

- Switching to a renewable energy provider.

Circular economy

Goal
To further expand the application of circular economy principles, optimizing resource use whilst maximizing the lifespan and recyclability of our products.
