IBS Precision Engineering’s highest priority is the health and safety of our customers, business partners and our employees.

Dear Valued Customer,

IBS Precision Engineering’s highest priority is the health and safety of our customers, business partners and our employees. With the ongoing threat of COVID-19 “Coronavirus” to the health of our communities and to our businesses, we are committed to minimizing the spread of this virus, but we also want to reaffirm our unwavering support for you, your company and your employees.

IBS has implemented policies and procedures with progressive safeguards for the health and well-being of our employees and for those that they have contact with, according to prescribed best practices from the RIVM*. These measures include frequent use of hygienic resources, suspending all non-essential visits to our facility, limited in-person meetings and limits on non-essential travel. Any employee that is sick and/or symptomatic is required to self-isolate at home, conferencing technology is available to support critical business needs.

We are continually working to restrict exposure and risk, while diligently working to support your needs for IBS product and services.  Our sales and service personnel are also following the contact guidelines that you have established. Our manufacturing and assembly operations are continuing to operate without disruptions; so too our design and development services.

To date we have seen very little disruption in our supply chain.  We will also proactively communicate availability and lead time issues with products that you purchase or services we are delivering as they occur.

IBS will continue to track any impact, adjust accordingly, and communicate with you to minimize any potential disruption to your business. We thank you for your partnership and are grateful for the trust you place in IBS.

Sincerely,

IBS Precision Engineering
