Performance through state- of- the- art technology
Our machine tool and calibration and inspection systems include:
- MT-Check. By measuring a calibrated ball beam, geometric deviations are determined. The measurements are performed by a self-centering probe that measures X, Y and Z coordinates simultaneously. It only takes several minutes and shows directly the positioning accuracy and both straightness deviations.
- R-test. A system that determines the location of a rotary axis with a high level of accuracy.
- Spindle Error Analyzer. The measurement system for spindles and rotary tables. We use Lion Precision’s capacitive sensors for the measuring system. These sensors measure the movements of a calibrated precision ball, which is mounted in the turning spindle.
