In the measurement range of 100 ×100 × 40 mm, this Coordinate Measuring Machine achieves a volumetric accuracy of 30 nm. It also can be tailor- made to meet your particular needs.

Special machine for maximum accuracy
The ISARA Ultra Precision Coordinate Measuring Machine can be customized for your measurement application using different probes or scanning systems. The ISARA is a system with a stationary probe and a moving product table. The position of this table is measured using three plane- mirror laser interferometers with compensation for temperature, air pressure and relative humidity. The machine also uses different frames for the metrology and structural functions. Therefore the base frame, which handles the actuator forces, has no influence on the measurement. This Coordinate Measuring Machine reduces its thermal sensitivity with a special coated aluminum shielding that filters out fast temperature changes before they can reach the metrology frame.
