Ranges and resolution
Four different calibration types are available enabling you to find the optimal pairing of range and resolution. While resolution as a percent of range is very similar, the smaller ranges have correspondingly smaller resolution values. Not all probes are available in all calibration types.
CPL290 dual range/sensitivity typically uses one probe calibrated to two different calibration types.

Unique applications and exceptionally high resolutions
By changing calibration parameters (sensing area size, range, near gap, linearity and resolution) custom calibrations can be performed that result in exceptional performance. The table below shows some typical (increased resolution) calibration examples with CPL190 / 290 drivers.
